If you're dealing with pain or recurring discomfort, custom orthotics
and supportive footwear solutions can help improve alignment and reduce
strain.

Services
Recommendations are personalized based on assessment results.
Compression Stockings
Medical compression stockings are specially designed garments that apply gentle, graduated pressure to your legs. This pressure helps blood flow more efficiently back toward your heart, reducing swelling and lowering the risk of blood clots.
Who Can Benefit
Compression therapy may help those experiencing varicose veins, spider veins, leg swelling, or heavy and achy legs. They're also commonly recommended for post-surgical recovery and for people who stand or sit for extended periods.
Finding the Right Fit
Compression stockings come in different pressure levels, lengths (knee-high or thigh-high), and styles. During your appointment, we'll help determine the appropriate compression level and ensure proper fit for maximum effectiveness and comfort.
Care Tips
For best results, put on your stockings first thing in the morning when swelling is minimal. Wash them daily with mild soap and air dry. Replace every 3–6 months to maintain proper compression.
3D Foot Scanning
Our advanced 3D scanning technology captures a detailed digital model of your feet, enabling us to create orthotics with exceptional accuracy and comfort.
Benefits of 3D Scanning
Exceptional Precision
Captures detailed foot shape and biomechanics for highly accurate orthotic designs.
Fully Customizable
Digital data can be refined using specialized software to address your unique needs.
Quick & Comfortable
Faster and cleaner than traditional casting methods, with no mess or discomfort.
Secure Digital Records
Scans are easily stored, replicated, and shared—no risk of damage during shipping.
Better Patient Experience
A modern, non-invasive process—ideal for those with sensitivities or mobility concerns.
Custom-Made Orthotics
Custom foot orthotics are medical devices designed specifically for your feet based on a detailed biomechanical assessment. Unlike generic insoles, they're crafted to address your unique foot structure, gait patterns, and specific conditions.
How They Help
Custom orthotics work by redistributing pressure across your feet, correcting alignment issues, and providing targeted support where you need it most. They can help manage pain and improve function for various conditions.
Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
Flat feet or high arches
Bunions and metatarsalgia
Knee, hip, or lower back pain related to foot mechanics
The Process
Your orthotics are created through a careful process:
1Comprehensive biomechanical assessment of your feet, legs, and gait
23D scanning or casting to capture your exact foot shape
3Custom fabrication using appropriate materials for your needs
4Fitting appointment with adjustments as needed
Types of Orthotics
Orthotics can be made from various materials depending on your activity level and condition. Rigid orthotics (made from firm materials like carbon fiber) provide maximum control for structural issues. Semi-rigid orthotics offer a balance of support and cushioning, ideal for athletes and active individuals. Soft orthotics prioritize cushioning and pressure relief for sensitive feet or diabetic care.
Biomechanical Assessment & Gait Analysis
A biomechanical assessment is a thorough evaluation of how your feet, legs, and lower body work together during movement. This detailed analysis helps identify the root causes of pain or dysfunction and guides personalized treatment recommendations.
What We Evaluate
Foot structure: Arch height, foot posture, and alignment
Joint mobility: Range of motion in ankles, knees, and hips
Muscle strength: Testing key muscle groups that affect gait
Lower limb alignment: Leg length, knee position, hip rotation
Gait Analysis
Gait analysis examines how you walk and move. We observe your walking pattern to identify abnormalities that may contribute to pain or injury, including:
Overpronation or supination
Pressure distribution patterns
Stride length and cadence
Compensatory movement patterns
Who Benefits from an Assessment?
A biomechanical assessment is valuable for anyone experiencing foot, ankle, knee, hip, or lower back pain. It's also beneficial for athletes looking to improve performance, individuals with recurring injuries, people with diabetes who need preventive foot care, and anyone considering orthotics or therapeutic footwear.
Braces & Supports
Orthopedic braces and supports provide stabilization, protection, and pain relief for the foot, ankle, and lower leg. From ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) to knee braces, these devices help manage injuries, support recovery, and improve mobility for various conditions.
Types of Braces
Ankle-Foot Orthoses (AFOs)
Support the ankle and foot, commonly used for foot drop, ankle instability, and post-stroke recovery. Available in rigid, hinged, or flexible designs.
Ankle Braces
Provide targeted support for sprains, chronic instability, or arthritis. Range from simple sleeves to more structured supports.
Knee Braces
Help with conditions like osteoarthritis, ligament injuries, or post-surgical recovery by providing stability and reducing stress on the joint.
Conditions We Address
Foot drop from neurological conditions
Ankle sprains and chronic instability
Post-surgical support and recovery
Arthritis-related joint pain
Sports injuries and prevention
Custom vs. Off-the-Shelf
While off-the-shelf braces work well for many situations, custom-fitted braces provide optimal support for complex conditions or unusual anatomy. During your appointment, we'll assess your needs and recommend the most appropriate solution—whether that's a ready-made brace with adjustments or a fully custom device.
What to expect
